Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy
As a manufacturer of high-quality home appliances, SureTrust stands behind every product. We offer the following terms to ensure a transparent shopping experience:
Returns:
Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery only if the product is received in a damaged condition or does not match the technical specifications ordered. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Technical Defects:
If an appliance shows a manufacturing defect after installation, it will be covered under our official Warranty Policy. Please get in touch with our service team for an inspection.
Refunds:
Once a return is approved and the product is inspected at our facility, a refund will be processed within 7–10 working days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer.
Non-Returnable Items:
Used appliances or items damaged due to improper electrical voltage/external factors at the customer’s site are not eligible for return.
How to claim:
“To initiate a return, please email support@lightgray-buffalo-458825.hostingersite.com with your Order Number and clear photos of the damaged product or the technical mismatch.”
Return Shipping:
“If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, ST will bear the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.”
Order Cancellation:
“Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once the order is in transit, the standard return policy will apply.”
